【书名】:Methodologies in Semantic Fieldwork 【作者】:M. Ryan Bochnak and Lisa Matthewson(编) 【年份】:2015年 【出版社】:牛津大学出版社 【简介】:如何在田野调查时进行语义方面的调查与研究?本书将给你最好的解答。 This volume discusses methodological issues in conducting elicitation on semantic topics in a fieldwork situation. While some chapters cover issues specific to certain semantic topics (e.g., modality, comparison, tense and aspect, definiteness), others focus on elicitation techniques more generally, and address methodological issues such as the creation of elicitation plans, the choice of language in which to conduct elicitation, and the status of translation tasks. Each chapter draws on individual fieldwork experience, pairing explicit methodological proposals with concrete examples of their use in the field. The languages discussed span 11 language families and four continents. Furthermore, the chapters in the volume demonstrate that elicitation on semantic topics, when conducted following sound methodologies, can and does produce reliable results. Given that many of the world’s languages are currently endangered, this type of work is critical for gathering new empirical findings that bear on linguistic theory. | 此书很难下载,感兴趣的老师和同学可添加“语言学小电”的微信13764179404进行咨询! | |
【书名】:Language Policy and Linguistic Justice: Economic, Philosophical and Sociolinguistic Approaches 【年份】:2018年 【出版社】:Springer出版社 【简介】:Language policies are increasingly acknowledged as being a necessary component of many decisions taken in the areas of the labor market, education, minority languages, mobility, and social inclusion of migrants. They can affect the democratic control of political organizations, and they can either entrench or reduce inequalities. These are the central topics of this book. Economists, philosophers, political scientists, and sociolinguists discuss – from an interdisciplinary perspective – the distributive socio-economic effects of language policies, their impact on justice and inequality at the national or international level, as well as the connection between language choices and an inclusive access to public services. The range of social and economic issues raised by linguistic diversity in contemporary societies is large, and this requires new approaches to tackle them. This book provides new input to design better, more efficient, and fair language policies in order to manage linguistic diversity in different areas. Topics covered include: theoretical models of linguistic justice and linguistic disadvantage; the assessment of the socio-economic consequences of language policies; the evaluation of the costs, benefits, and degree of inclusion of language planning measures; the politics of migrants’ linguistic integration; as well as multilingualism and economic activities. These topics are discussed in different contexts, including the areas inhabited by linguistic minorities, cities receiving migrants, and supranational organizations. | 免费资源,各位老师和同学可点击文末的附件列表进行下载! |
