About the position
挪威内陆应用科学大学教育学院邀请两名以上语料库语言学为重点的英语语言教学博士申请。
博士项目必须有助于博士方案的一般目标,即加强教学和教师教育的知识库和/或幼儿教育、学校和其他学习环境中的教学专业实践的知识库,如音乐学校和表演艺术学校。教师教育是挪威内陆应用科学大学(INN大学)的一个中心领域。综合教师教育方案----针对幼儿教育教师、小学和中学教师以及专业教师----是博士方案的主要重点。这些教师教育方案的特点是在学术领域、教育学和实践之间建立了牢固的联系,以及跨领域和学科领域的跨学科和多学科层面。因此,博士候选人的项目必须面向作为教学和教师教育博士基础的一个主题领域,并且要有一个积极的研究小组。项目必须与教师教育学科英语和语料库语言学(Corling)研究小组有关。学院打算在这一轮共征聘六名研究员。每个学科领域征聘的研究员人数将取决于目前正在公布的所有学科的申请质量。
Doctoral projects

About the research field and content of the fellowship

Eligibility requirements
To be accepted to the doctoral programme, applicants must normally have:
A. Teacher education and a master’s degree (postgraduate degree) in Nordic or English literature and/or language, general literature science, linguistics, music and education subjects or a master’s in language, culture and digital communication
or
B. A master’s degree (postgraduate degree) in education subjects or didactics (specialising in Norwegian, English or music, a master’s in adapted education, or a master’s in the didactics of culture and language.
The applicant must have a strong academic background. For applicants with qualifications from Norwegian educational institutions, the weighted average grade should normally be a B or above. In cases where some or all of the courses taken are awarded a pass/fail grade, applicants may be admitted subject to evaluation on an individual basis.
Applicants who do not have a degree in teacher education or who have a master’s degree (postgraduate degree) in subjects other than those normally stipulated for admission to the programme may be accepted following individual assessment. The same applies to applicants whose grades do not meet the normal requirements for admission. These applicants must provide evidence that it is highly likely that they will be capable of completing doctoral studies.

To apply, visit www.inn.no/om-hoegskolen/ledige-stillinger and click the “Apply for this job” button. You will be directed to jobbnorge.no, where your application must be registered. There is a separate field in the form for the cover letter. Here you can state the topic of your project proposal, and describe your background and motivation for the position. Relevant education and experience is registered in a separate screen. The following documents must be enclosed:
- Project description
Applicants must submit a project proposal based on the description of the research field and content of the fellowship, including a progress plan explaining how the research work will be carried out, as well as the theoretical and methodological framework that the applicant plans to employ. The project description, including the reference list, may not exceed five pages. The page format must be A4 with 2 cm margins, 11 point font (Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman) and single line spacing. For the reference list and any image text 9 point font may be used. The project description may be written in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or English. The academic quality of the project description will play a major role in shortlisting candidates for interview.

These must be uploaded as separate files. If the attachments in total exceed 30 MB, these must be compressed prior to upload. Documents submitted after the deadline has expired will not be considered in assessing your application.

薪酬待遇
Salary and benefits
Fellowships are remunerated pursuant to the Norwegian government pay scale, employment code 1017, pay level 54, and the corresponding fictional seniority is applied. Pay level 54 currently amounts to NOK 479,600 gross per year.
Group life insurance and occupational injury insurance are included.
Mandatory contributions to the Norwegian State Pension Fund are deducted.
