同学们，大家好！
感谢大家对“孔子新汉学计划”的关注与支持！受疫情影响，经研究决定，2020—2021年度孔子新汉学计划博士项目申报和录取工作调整如下：
1、在线报名及材料邮寄截止时间延至2020年3月20日。
2、如经录取，且2020年9月入学确有困难，本年度奖学金生资格可保留一年。
3、根据事态发展，后续工作安排如有调整，将另行通知，请及时关注官方网站http://ccsp.chinese.cn/node_43261.htm。

“孔子新汉学计划”致力于为海外研究中国的学生、学者，以及各界精英人士和优秀青年提供优质的在华研修资源。中外合作培养博士项目
Joint Research Ph.D. Fellowship
1. 项目内容：
资助在外国大学注册的博士生来华学习、开展研究及撰写博士论文。
2. 项目时间：
6个月至2年。
3. 申请资格：
• 非中国公民。
• 汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩须达到3级，同等条件下汉语水平优异者优先。
• 正在享受中国政府奖学金者不能同时申请本项目。
4. 申请材料：
• 在读博士生证明。
• 2封本领域专家推荐信。
• 汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩单。
• 硕士论文摘要或其他研究成果。
• 个人陈述与在华期间研究计划。
• 有孔子学院推荐信者优先录取。
5. 申请办法：
登陆ccsp.chinese.cn提交网上申请，并将打印表格及其它材料寄至孔子学院总部。
6. 评审：
“孔子新汉学计划”专家委员会将对申请材料进行评审并组织面试。
7. 资助内容：
• 生活津贴及住宿费
• 课题调研费
• 国际往返旅费
• 学费
• 中方大学培养费
• 外方导师赴华研究费用
• 在华期间医疗和意外保险费
• 集体活动与文化体验
Support doctoral students (candidates) registered with foreign universities to come to China for study, research and writing of their doctoral dissertations.From six months to two years.• HSK test score level 3 is required, and priority is given to applicants with higher level of proficiency in Chinese under same conditions;• Applicants who are currently participating in Chinese Government Scholarship are not eligible to apply for this Program.• Ph.D. Study Certificate;• Two letters of recommendation from scholars in related field;• Abstract of master s thesis or other academic publications;• Abstract of doctoral dissertation;• A research plan for the study in China;• Priority is given to applicants who obtain a letter of recommendation from local Confucius Institutes.The applicant shall submit the online application, and then post the application form and other supporting documents to the Confucius Institute Headquarters.The Confucius China Studies Program Expert Committee will review the application materials and conduct video interview.• Lodging and living stipend;• Round-trip international airfare;• Other support provided by the host Chinese university;• Expenses for the foreign supervisor’s visit or research in China;• Expenses for life and medical insurances in China;• Group activities and cultural experience.

来华攻读博士学位项目
Ph.D. in China Fellowship
• 汉语水平考试（HSK）须达到5级，同等条件下汉语水平优异者优先。• 经公证的大学本科、硕士学习期间成绩单、学位证书及中文译本各一份。登陆ccsp.chinese.cn提交网上申请，并将原件及其它全部申请材料寄至孔子学院总部。“孔子新汉学计划”专家委员会将对申请材料进行评审并组织面试。Support foreign students to pursue full-time Ph.D. degrees in the humanities and social sciences at Chinese universities.• HSK test score level 5 is required, and priority is given to applicants with higher level of proficiency in Chinese under same conditions;• Recognized transcripts of undergraduate and graduate studies, diplomas and copies of all the documents above in Chinese;• Abstract of master’s thesis and other academic publications;• A doctoral research statement;• Two letters of recommendation from scholars in related field;• Priority is given to applicants who obtain a letter of recommendation from Confucius Institutes.Applicants shall submit the online application at ccsp.chinese.cn, and then post the application forms and other supporting documents to the Confucius Institute Headquarters.The Confucius China Studies Program Expert Committee will review the application materials and conduct video interview.• Lodging and living stipend;• Round-trip international airfare;• Other support provided by the host Chinese university;• Expenses for life and medical insurances in China.• Group activities and cultural experience.
