Getting the overall work of academia done is a challenge. These workshops will keep at their centre the need to maintain research and will discuss ways of doing so within each of the three 'pillars' of academia: teaching, admin/ other tasks, and (of course!) research. Whilst there are often training sessions on these pillars individually, these experienced academics will share their approaches for managing research as part of the overall work that is the reality of academia today.
